Pool and Landscape Design-Build in Omaha

How we build pools and landscapes

Granite boulder wall edging a lawn with evergreens and shrubs in Omaha, NE

Honest numbers first

We tell you what a project costs before you are emotionally committed to it. Sometimes that means talking you down.

Priced together, not separately

Pool, hardscape, walls and planting priced together so you can move money between them deliberately.

Our own crews

The people who drew your yard are on site while it is built. That is the whole model.

Drainage before decoration

Water is the thing that ruins backyards. We solve it first, every time, even when it is invisible.

Finished, not almost

Lawn restored, beds mulched, lights aimed after dark. A project is done when it looks done.

Still here afterward

We service what we build. Openings, closings and repairs stay with the same company.

Why we build pools and landscapes ourselves

The gaps are where projects fail

A pool builder, a hardscape crew and a landscaper each doing their part well still leaves you managing three schedules. The seams are where the money goes.

We would rather own the whole thing

Our people excavate, plumb, set pavers, build walls and plant. When something needs fixing, there is nobody to point at.

Built for this climate

Everything we detail assumes a Nebraska freeze. Base depth, drainage and winterization are decisions, not afterthoughts.

Ask us an Omaha pool company question

Do you subcontract any of the work?

Very little. Licensed gas and electrical work goes to trades we have used for years; everything else is our own crews.

How large a project do you take?

From a paver patio to a complete poolscape. What we will not do is a project we cannot finish properly.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and we pull permits and schedule inspections in every metro city we build in.

How far do you travel?

The Omaha metro, from Waterloo to Bellevue. Beyond that the schedule stops working for the client.

What is the first step?

A free walk of your yard. We look at grade, access and sun, and talk honestly about budget.
