Custom Pools Designed and Built in Omaha

Pool with slide, covered spa and cabana beyond in Omaha, NE

Grade, drainage and access first

Grade, drainage and access decide whether a backyard works. We solve those before anyone picks a tile.

Start your project

Pool decks, walls and planting

One plan for the whole yard

The pool, the deck, the walls and the planting are drawn together. Nothing gets cut late because a second contractor showed up with a different idea.

Our own crew, start to finish

We excavate, set plumbing, lay hardscape and plant. The people who drew your yard are the people standing in it.

Built for Nebraska freeze and thaw

Omaha winters are hard on shells, coping and plumbing. We detail drainage, base depth and winterization for this climate, not a catalog one.

Questions we hear before a pool build

Ask us a question

Can you do the yard around the pool as well?

That is the normal job for us. Patios, walls, kitchens, fire, lighting and planting are drawn with the pool and built by the same crews. Our outdoor living work is the same team.

How long does a pool build take in Omaha?

Most vinyl liner and fiberglass pools run six to ten weeks from excavation to swim day. Gunite and large poolscapes take longer because the shell has to cure.

When should I start planning for a summer pool?

Design and permitting are best handled the fall or winter before. Yards that start design in spring usually swim late in the season.

Do you handle permits and utility locates?

Yes. Permitting, locates and inspections are part of our scope in every metro city we build in.

Can you build a pool on a sloped lot?

Often, yes. Slope usually means retaining walls and extra grading, which we price into the plan up front rather than as a change order.

Will you service the pool after you build it?

We do. Openings, closings, weekly maintenance and equipment repair all stay with the same crew.
