Do you charge for design?
The initial consultation is free. Full design work carries a fee that is credited toward the build.
Can I take the plan elsewhere?
You own it. Most people build with us because the plan is priced by the people who drew it.
How long does design take?
We set that with you at the consultation. You will have a site plan and renderings to react to before anything is priced.
Will you work with my architect?
Happily. We coordinate with builders and architects regularly, especially on new construction.
What if I only want part of it built?
Then we draw all of it and build what you are ready for. That is the point of having a plan.
