What sets your pool service rate

Rectangular pool and concrete deck seen from beside a modern home in Omaha, NE

Pool volume

Chemicals scale with gallons, so a large pool genuinely costs more to keep balanced.

Tree cover

A yard full of mature trees is more skimming, more vacuuming and more filter cleaning.

Features

Waterfalls, spas and tanning ledges all add surface area and cleaning time.

Equipment condition

A tired filter and an undersized pump make every visit longer. Fixing them lowers the ongoing cost.

Cover use

Owners who use a cover need less chemical and less cleaning. It shows up on the bill.

Pool service versus DIY

The DIY number

Chemicals alone run a few hundred dollars a month in peak season, before your time and the occasional mistake.

What service really buys

Consistency. Balanced water protects the liner, the heater and the salt cell, which is where the real money is.

A middle path

Chemical-only plans are popular for a reason. You do the skimming; we keep the chemistry from getting away.

Ask us a service cost question

Are chemicals really included?

On Carson Complete, yes, at normal dosing. A shock treatment after a storm may be billed separately.

Do I pay year-round?

Most owners pay for the in-season months plus opening and closing. Some spread it evenly across twelve.

Is weekly necessary?

For most pools in an Omaha summer, yes. Biweekly works on low-use pools with good circulation.

What if I only want openings and closings?

That is our most common arrangement. You get priority repair access with it.

Do you charge for travel?

No. Our route covers the whole metro at the same rate.
