Commercial questions

Can you work around our hours?

We plan around them. Tell us the hours that matter and we will work out a schedule that fits the site and the weather.

Can you meet our landlord’s insurance requirements?

Send us the requirements with your enquiry and we will talk them through with you before anything is scheduled.

We manage several properties. Can you quote them together?

Yes. Tell us about the sites and how you would like them billed, and we will put the quote together around that.

What is the lead time?

Start early. Commercial sites usually need a walk and some planning for access, so late summer or early fall is a good time to reach out.

Who owns the materials?

We will go through the options with you when we quote, including what makes sense for several sites.
