How warranty coverage works

Terms come in writing

Specific durations for each category are stated in your proposal and contract. We do not publish numbers that might differ from your paperwork.

Manufacturer claims are ours to chase

When a heater or a pump fails under warranty, we handle the registration, the claim and the labor scheduling.

Maintenance is the condition

Most warranties in this industry hinge on water chemistry and winterization. Carson Complete exists partly to protect yours.

Where do I find my specific terms?

In your proposal and signed contract. Ask us for a copy any time and we will send your file.

Is labor covered on a manufacturer claim?

It depends on the product and the age of the install. We tell you before the visit, not after.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the house?

Some categories transfer and some do not. Contact us before closing and we will confirm what carries over.

What if I did not use you for service?

Coverage stands, but you may be asked to show that chemistry and winterization were handled properly.

Do you warranty work you did not build?

We warranty our own repairs on any pool. The original construction stays with whoever built it.
