Carson Complete Pool Service in Omaha

What the rate covers

  • Spring opening

We pull the cover, reassemble the system and start it up, then bring the water back to swimmable on a date set before the season fills.

  • Weekly service

Brushing, skimming and vacuuming every week from opening to closing, with the skimmer and pump baskets emptied each time.

  • Chemicals supplied

Chlorine, balancers and stabiliser are ours to bring and ours to dose. Nothing to price, carry home or store in the garage.

  • Water tested and balanced

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser read on every visit and corrected before they drift far enough to cloud the water.

  • Filter cleaning

Cartridges and grids stripped and washed on schedule, which is what keeps flow up and stops the pump working against a blocked filter.

  • Equipment checked

Pump, heater, valves and automation looked over every visit, so a failing seal is found while it is still a seal.

  • Minor repairs

A leaking union, a stuck valve, a split basket. Small fixes are handled on the spot rather than booked as a second trip.

  • Winterizing and closing

Lines blown and plugged, equipment drained and the cover back on before the first hard freeze reaches the plumbing.

  • A written report

After every visit you get the readings, what was done and anything worth watching, so you are never guessing about your own pool.

How the service works

  1. Elevated view of a covered L shaped pool and stone deck with loungers in Norfolk, NE

    Inquiry and pool assessment

    Step 1

We come out, test the water, and inspect the equipment and the surfaces. Then we tell you what condition the pool is genuinely in, including the parts you will not want to hear.

  2. Trimmed flowering shrubs and mowed lawn beside a home in Omaha, NE

    Service plan and pricing

    Step 2

You get it in writing: how often we visit, what each visit covers, the water program we hold it to, and what sits outside the plan as a repair.

  3. Rectangular pool glowing blue at night with path lights and a lit home in Omaha, NE

    Onboarding

    Step 3

Your pool goes onto a route with an assigned technician, and we correct the water to a known baseline before the recurring visits begin.

  4. Boulder waterfall and rock garden planted with a Japanese maple beside a flagstone path in Omaha, NE

    Recurring visits

    Step 4

Scheduled visits with the water documented, the pool cleaned and the equipment checked. Every visit is logged and you get the record of it.

  5. Lit rectangular pool with flagstone deck and pool house at dusk in Omaha, NE

    Repairs and seasonal work

    Step 5

Openings, closings, equipment repair and replacement, liner and cover work, handled by the same team that services the pool.

How the season runs

We open it

Your opening date is set before the season fills. Cover off, equipment up, water cleared and swimmable.

We keep it

Same tech, same day each week. You get a written report after every visit so you know what was done.

We close it

Lines blown and plugged, equipment drained, cover on. The pool goes into winter the way it should.

You just show up

No jugs in the garage, no test strips, no calling around in July. You swim, we handle everything else.

Ask us a Carson Complete question

What does the rate include?

Opening, weekly service through the season, all chemicals, minor repairs and winterizing. The table above lists it line by line.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. The two numbers are set by pool size and they do not change during the season.

What counts as a minor repair?

The things a tech can finish on the visit, like a seal, a gasket or a skimmer basket. A failed pump or heater is quoted separately.

Do I need to be home?

No. We service the pool whether you are there or not, and the report lands after every visit.

When does the season start and end?

Opening runs from spring through early summer depending on your date, and closing runs through the fall.

Can I join partway through the season?

Yes, prorated from your first visit. If the water needs recovery first, we quote that on its own.
